Learn how PriceCall alerts, adjusted prices, notifications and subscriptions work.
Prices and delivery
PriceCall monitors US stocks and ETFs after market close, once per trading day. Every alert uses closing prices adjusted for splits and dividends. Notifications arrive by verified email, connected Telegram, or both. These are end-of-day checks, not live price alerts.
Price targets
Choose a dollar target and a direction. An upward alert triggers at or above its target; a downward alert triggers at or below it. Equality counts for every alert type.
Historical highs and lows
Choose a rolling calendar window in days, months or years. The latest adjusted close is compared with earlier closes in that window, excluding the evaluation day. Matching the previous high or low triggers the alert. Month and year boundaries are clamped to valid dates. Shorter available history is allowed, but at least one earlier trading-day price is required. Notifications show the actual comparison dates.
Standard-deviation alerts
Compare the latest adjusted close with the window's mean plus or minus your chosen number of population standard deviations. The evaluation day is excluded from the baseline. At least 20 earlier trading-day prices and a nonzero standard deviation are required. A 20-calendar-day window does not necessarily contain 20 trading days.
Moving-average alerts
Compare the latest adjusted close with the simple average of exactly the latest N trading-day closes, including the evaluation day. Choose 2 to 252 trading days and an upward or downward direction. This checks whether the price is at or beyond the average; it does not require crossing from the other side on the previous day. Insufficient history skips the check.
Drawdown and rebound alerts
A drawdown triggers when the adjusted close is at or below a chosen percentage beneath the rolling high. A rebound triggers at or above a chosen percentage above the rolling low. The baseline uses earlier closes in your calendar window and excludes the evaluation day.
Managing alerts and notification history
Each alert triggers once. Pause an alert to stop monitoring, resume it to check the latest available close, or reactivate a triggered alert for the next scheduled check. Missed prices are not replayed. Notification history preserves the triggering prices and comparison dates even if you later edit or delete the alert. A recorded send confirms provider acceptance, not that you read the message.
Trial and subscription
New accounts get one calendar month free without a card. Paid access costs $1/month or $10/year in USD. Subscribing during the trial starts paid billing immediately. Cancellation keeps paid access until the paid period ends. Failed payment or expired access stops alert checks and queued notifications. Free users can view their alerts and history and delete alerts, but cannot create or modify them. Renewed access resumes previously active alerts without replaying missed notifications.
